By accessing or using AasPaas (the "Service"), including our website at www.theaaspaas.com and our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use AasPaas. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years old.
• You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.
• All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information.

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@theaaspaas.com.
• Choosing a username that does not impersonate any person, business, or brand.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

You agree to use AasPaas only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not harm other users or the platform. You must NOT:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent reviews or content.
• Harass, abuse, or intimidate other users.
• Spam, scrape, or send automated requests to our servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent.

AasPaas allows users to post reviews, photos, check-ins, collections, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

• Represent that you own or have the right to share such content.
• Grant AasPaas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.
• Agree that your content may be visible to other users and, for reviews/check-ins, to the relevant business.
• Understand that you retain ownership of your content.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines without notice.

Reviews are a core feature of AasPaas. To maintain trust and integrity:

• Reviews must be based on a genuine personal experience.
• You may not review a business you own, manage, or have a financial interest in.
• You may not offer or accept payment or incentives for reviews.
• Malicious, targeted negative reviews intended to harm a business without factual basis are prohibited.

Violations of our review integrity policy may result in content removal and account suspension.

All content on AasPaas that is not User Content — including our logo, name, design, code, features, and text — is the exclusive property of AasPaas and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without our express written permission.

AasPaas may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Maps, social media). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Accessing such links is at your own risk.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Business information (hours, location, contact details) listed on AasPaas is always accurate or up-to-date.
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected.

You use the Service at your own risk. Always verify important business details directly with the business before visiting.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AasPaas and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• Inaccurate business information leading to a wasted visit.
• Unauthorized access to your account.
• Any other matter relating to the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings in the app or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, though your public reviews and content may remain visible unless you request deletion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
